Copper peak

I installed a cedar roof on my daughter's swingset and have a copper peak to attach to it. What's best nail to use to do so? Brass? Something else?

I agree. Copper nails is the way to go. Any other nail (Except maybe brass) will cause corrosion.

This was a scrap piece my father gave me from a build site he's GC on.

Thanks, I'll try to find some copper nails. The HD by me didn't have any.

IF you have an Ace Hardware by you you can order it online and have it shipped to the store. Another option I thought of is gluing it down with silicone. Likely be cheaper too.
