Tie window well drain into weeping tile drain

I have recently removed my rear concrete step and found a corrugated pipe weeping tile drain underneath it. (my house was built in 1978) I have two windows on the back side of my house that I would like to install window wells on so I can increase the grade away from my house. I am thinking on installing window well drains and tie them into the drain I found under my step. This seems like a good idea to me but I have not done any of this type work before. Does anybody have any input? Any feedback is appreciated, I don't want to do this and learn the hard way it was a bad idea.

Welcome to the forums! Where do the weeping tiles exit, or drain...into public storm drain or to the atmosphere? Have you had the weeping tiles scoped, yet. Any occlusion in the tiles will cause a back up of enormous proportions once you introduce the window wells. If all clear, then the wells could be connected to the tiles.
