Is there a spray on rubberized roof sealant like a roofing cement ina spray can?
My roof is leaking around the chimney. I would like to spray something on if possible. I say an ad on tv for something called flex seal. Supposed to be rubberized sealant in a can.

Take some pictures of the chimney and post them so the pros can evaluate the chimney. Better to fix the problem then cover it with "bubblegum". http://www.doityourself.com/forum/el...your-post.html

I bought some roofing cement and covered the base of the chimney for now. I also had a few loose broken crumbled shingles that I nailed back and used some cement on it as well. I have done this before around the chimney. But what it all comes down to is I am in need of a new roof. Shingles are crumbling and curled and leaky attic. Going to ask the neighbors who they used recently and get a handful of quotes. Winters coming.
