Terra Cotta Under a Paver Patio

Hi:
I'm planning a paver patio. My old house's gutters discharge underground into 2' sections of terra cotta pipe. Should I replace the terra cotta with PVC? If so, what type (grade) of PVC?

Thanks.

You could use Schedule 20 pvc, but in reality, it may be better and cheaper to use non perforated black pipe in 3 or 4".
