The house we are thinking of buying is in need of a new roof and we thought about using some tar just to hold us over until spring. Would that work? We live in pa and it's cold here, usually under 40, does it have to be a certain temperature outside for the tar to do it's job?

Wheather you replace your roof now or later, is really going to depend on your lender if your have one. He is going to want to be guaranteed no damage will occur from leaks.

rOOF REPAIR

Megan:
If you decide to buy this house and the current owner really wants to sell it,a deal can be made to have the seller fix the roof or maybe share the exspenses
It doesn't matter when you replace the roof.

GUMP.
