Eavestroughs leaking

Hi I have a three year old house and it seems that the design of the roof and eaves troughs has caused issues. I am looking at how to solve the issue. The issue seems to be one of the lower eaves troughs not being able to handle extra moisture and as seen on the pictures water damage is occurring on the exterior so far.

Welcome to the forums! If you could fill out your profile, we can help better, knowing where you are located, etc. From what you are calling "gutters", I assume you are not in the North American contintent. Pitch on the gutters is very important, and either the pitch is incorrect, or your downspouts aren't able to handle the water. What size downspouts do you have and where are they located.
