mildew problems

I have mildew on my window sills and now recently have seen it on the walls of my closet. I have a basement, with a sump pump. Can you help me. How do i get rid of the mildew, i have cleaned the areas with bleach and water solution, but it always returns.

You can wash the area with apple cidar white vinagar. That will kill the mildew. You will then need todry the areas very very good and try to keep them warm. Cool and moist are the breeding grounds for mildew.
