water in corner of basement

water in corner of basement

have a patio and deck around my house in back. basement corner is getting water when it rains.what can I do to try and stop the problem? painted the corner with dri-lock no good.ned help.

It has to be sealed from the outside. Look for cracks in the foundation. Look at the pitch & look at the gutters & downspouts.

Is the patio in the area where the leak is occurring? If so, is it pitched toward or away from the house?

its a 90 year old house and the cement goes up against the bricks but there is no foam between them. would this cause water to enter?

There are cracks in the foundation at the footing. That means you have to dig outside to the bottom & seal it from there with a membrane. You don't seal it from the inside.
