Temperature/Timing New Roof and Gutter Installation

I am looking to have a new asphalt shingle roof (tear-off) installed along with gutter repair/install. The gutter work will require replacement of some of the fascia boards and maybe a repair to the some of the rafter tails due to rot. I like to get some input on the best time of year as far as temperature goes for single sealing and also phasing the two jobs. I would think the fascia and rafter work should be done before the new roof is installed. Roofers here usually sub-out the gutter work, so I just want to be sure things are being done in the correct order.

If you need to get the work done by different contractors, Repair the rot and damage, replace the roof, install new gutters. You should be able to get one contractor to do it all. The only times I would not be doing this is if it's freezing of in the 90s+.
