So, what I've got here is an old root cellar about 7' X 7' square. It has a flat concrete roof with a ~5" curb on three sides (I suppose to make water run off the un-curbed 4th side). There are several cracks in the roof, up to maybe 1/8th inch wide. I'm kicking around ideas for repairing the cracks to make the root cellar dry and usable again. I'm considering- Elastomeric roof coating, Rubber roof (pond liner), Concrete (cement, mortar?), Epoxy (like used for boat repair/construction, pour into the cracks). The roof is visible for the higher back yard and a wooden deck may be built on top of it for aesthetic reasons.
Any thoughts on the above or other/better ideas are appreciated.

I would probably experiment on a crack using a self levelling concrete sealant. if its too runny and wants to run into the cellar... patch the ceiling inside with a vinyl patch repair mortar. the self levelling sealant will run down into the cracks and seal them up better than anything you might try to apply to just the surface.
