Need pictures. Leaks at roof to wall intersections are often a flashing issue. Peoples' first instinct tends to be to bury it in some sort of sealant. This is a 50/50 proposition at best. Sometimes it buys you a limited amount of time, sometimes it traps water in the area and just worsens the leaks.
That is assuming of course that you have flashing, which we wouldn't know until we see pics. Some hack jobs use tar, caulk, or some other sealant glopped over the seam where flashing should be installed, because to do it properly requires more time and skill.

I'd almost guarantee that it's a flashing issue. Can you get on the roof to take pics? http://www.doityourself.com/forum/el...-pictures.html
