drain tile cleanout pipe -- reduce size ?

Hi,

I'm installing tile drain(perforated pvc pipe to collect water at footer level and discharge it via a sump pump). The PVC pipe that I'm installing is 4". Since one of the cleanouts is on my driveway, I'd like to put in a 4" to 2" reducer and put in 2" vertical pipe up to the driveway.,so that it takes up less space on driveway.

My question: Is the 2" vertical pipe wide enough for most snakes/unclogging the 4" pvc pipe? or should I use the 4" PVC pipe ?

thanks,
Acie

Use the four-inch as there is no way that you can get a four-inch cutter through a two-inch cleanout.
