drainage question

i had a drainage question.I have the black flexable pipe coming off the downspout and running along side of home.I dont see a end point for it and it doesnt look like the type with holes in it..Do theses sometimes end underground(no well or pit)?
Im trying to reroute it also since i see the top of the pipe 15 ft from where it goes underground .
Any info is appreciated

If there is no natural drainage means, like a ditch or culvert, etc., then sometimes the black pipe is routed into a dry well, which is basically a 55 gallon drum with holes punched in it and rock fill inside to help dissipate the water safely underground. If re routing it, make sure you maintain the same drop to allow full drainage to the pit.
