Need some help with my gutter down spout

I have a hip roof and I can't add a down spouts to the two front corners, do to concrete front walk and the drive/garage. So the whole front and side all go to one. If it rains more then a shower the gutter spills over by the down spout because the down spout can't take that volum. My thought is to take out the down spout and replace it with a bigger one. or leave it and put another one in like 6" away and make it the same size. Whats a better fix for my problem.

thanks

A wider downspout would have to have a wider hole in the gutter, for it to work properly. A second downspout might work but there are no guarantees.

3X4 outlet drops and downspout move twice the water when compared to 2x3. You csn also cut the concrete and put the downspouts into a pvc drain pipe and pipe it some distance away... even to the stret if its practical.
