Watertite Flashing?

Hey everybody, first time homeowner/DIY'er. I'm thankful to have come across this forum. Just replaced the flashing around roof stack and wanted to make sure I did it properly. It only took like 5 minutes so I don't know if I am missing something?? Here is pic. Thanks in advance for your guys help..Name: watertite.jpg

Normally the shingles cover the top 1/2 - 3/4 of the flashing and they are cut up and around the boot flange. But on a low slope with roll roofing, you're pretty limited on what you can do.

I would probably have trowelled on some blackjack onto the bottom of the flashing before putting it on. If its not sealed well it will leak.

Thanks for the input. Yes, definitely very limited up there...that's why I wanted to make sure it looked OK.

Should the larger round portion of the flashing be on top since it is on flat slope?? (turn it 180 degrees)
