Connecting downspout to pvc. What will I need?

Hello.

I am wanting to connect my downspouts to 3 inch pvc. I want to bury the pvc so it drains out on the outside of my flower bed so it stop washing away mulch and such. Id never done this so Im not sure what I will need to connect it to the downspout, what Ill need to join the downspout to a 90 degree angle and again to a 6 foot piece of pvc.

I measured the downspout and the bottom of it is 3x2

There are fittings for making the transition though my local stores only carry ones to fit 4" pipe. Sometimes they can be found in the plumbing dept. but often they are in the garden center with the black corrugated pipe.
