Ending downspout pipe

I am looking for suggestions on how to end a drain pipe. I have three down spouts coming into one 4inch trunk line but I cannot end it above ground. It would run into my neighbors ground. Can I dig a hole with stone and end the pipe there?

I moved your post to its own thread to keep it by itself and not to hijack the other thread.. Is there any lay of land to where you can redirect the water, or even turn the pipe in a different direction so it doesn't go over to the neighbor's yard? Yes, digging a deep hole, lining the bottom with stone, placing a 55 gallon drum in the hole, tapping the top with a 4" hole for your drain pipe, than covering it up would work....possibly good if your ground drains well. I have a rain barrel that fills up with a light rain, so if your ground doesn't drain well, it will overflow and cause more problems.
