Tiling my balcony

I am trying to install porcelin tiles in my balcony. It's about 44 sq ft. Balcony subfloor is made of wood. I want to add some sort of pitch so the water drains outside. What can I use on a wooden floor to create a pitch. I wanted to install cement board on top off the wooden floor and tile over that. I just need some sort of pitch for water draining. Any suggestion? I found this quick pitch option they sell in the big box stores. Pre-Pitch

can i use this for balcony? I don't know how stable it would be under the cement board.

Isn't the balcony pitched already? Where does the water go now? Are the tiles really made for an outdoor situation?
