Older mobile home roof leak

Our Florida residence mobile home roof has a small but persistent drip. I cut the ceiling tile out to show the drip. I thought it might be coming from the bolts that fasten the metal sheets down, so I tarred them, but still have the leak.. I notice it is a slow leak and continues on for days after a rain. Here are some photos to help explain the problem. The photos from inside the mobile home, I'm confused as to what sheet metal that is. Is there 2 layers to a metal roof? The water that is collected is clean if that makes any difference. Thanks.

Welcome to the forums! If the leak persists after the rain has stopped, it is likely starting way above the place where it is evident. Key areas of your roof are not shown, such as that cap transition and whatever it is on the other side. Is it an add on? How is the metal treated at that point?

That looks like a roof over [not the original] Check all the seams and protrusions along with the ridge.
