Metal PBR panel roof question

I'm planning a patio cover which will have a metal PBR panel roof. As it turns out, the roof will be about 15' wide. I know the PBR panels are slightly more than 3' wide and overlap. I can adjust the roof width +/- a couple of inches if it would allow me to use exactly 5 panels without cutting. The way the panels appear to overlap, I think that regardless of the number of panels required for the width, the overall width of the panels will be about 1-1/2" extra. In other words, 5 panels would be 15' 1-1/2" overall. Does that sound right?

While I've installed a good bit of the old 5 V crimp roofing, I've only worked with those type panels a few times. What ever the width of the panel is, the extra over the 36" will only be from 1 panel as the others all overlap.

Yeah I kind of figured that. Looks like they are about 2-1/2 to 2-3/4 over.
