I just bought a home that has a comp roof,The roof needs to be replaced and the seller is going to have a roof put on before we move in,the cost of the comp roof was estimated at a little over three grand,we wanted a metal roof, and was told if we would pay the difference of about $600.00 we could have the metal roof put on,would this be wise or just go with the comp roof, and save $600.00?

I guess the answer is really up to you. Both very good roofs. It is your $600.
