Buying house: roof issues

I am buying a pre owned house. The seller is replacing the roof with asphalt shingles. The installation started yesterday and we had a thunderstorm and hail yesterday.
The forecast also says thunderstorms today (50%) and tomorrow(90%) also. The roof was half done yesterday and it has a tarp over uncovered sections this morning. They might be working on the rest now.

It feels like i should be concerned. I brought this up to my realtor but she said they are professionals.

Would it be possible to get a roofing inspection and actually see if it was properly installed?


On another similar note, my truck got 10 hail dents yesterday.

So far, this all sounds normal to me - weather happens.

 

I understand, I just don't want to have roof issues. I feel better now because it has not rained yet today.

 

No one wants to have roof issues and the roofers don't want you to have issues, either.
