Retaining Wall Drainage
Hello -
I am having an issue with a neighbors retaining wall - there appears to be a bunch of water coming from behind it, soaking a patch of land between my house and the retaining wall. I found what looks like a weep hole that was drilled in there a while ago - dug around and found a small amount of pipe that runs to a drain that's full of mud. THe pipe doesn't look to be perforated - everything clogged. You can see water filling the hole where the weep is. I am curious of the best way to fix this or even if I've properly diagnosed the source of the problem (water not drained away from the wall properly). Any help appreciated here.

If it's his wall, it's his problem. My cousin & her husband had a similar problem. The difference was that she owned the wall & the neighbor constantly called the building dept. I offered my services but never heard from them.
