Window Bay Roof replacement

I got a roofer in to change the old lead to felt. Can anybody tell me if this is a job properly done? Thank you.

Does not look right to me for a few reasons.
He left it to short in the first picture.
Not tight to the brick in the second picture, and I would have cut into the vertical mortar and tabbed it over on the end of the piece so there was no gap left open. (Tabbed = bend)
4 and 5 look to me like he has the overlaps in the wrong direction, he should have started at the lowest point of the roof and done that high area last so water will run away from the joint not under it.
