Roof leak disaster

Had a leak in a roof while I wasn't residing there...5 years. Upon returning I saw that part of the ceiling had sagged considerably...this huge bulge hanging down....which eventually ended up on the floor. Was able to remove the sagging, broken, 2X6 by hand...was rather rotten. Now there are two layers of rolled roofing, tar paper, some plywood underlayment, all the protruding nails, etc. Thought of jacking everything back to original position, on a hot day when roofing was pliable, but concern for the nails puncturing the outermost layer, which is still OK after I sealed the leak, is of concern. Removing the nails is impossible, as the layers are quite stiff and unyielding. Cutting(snipping) all those nails would be almost impossible, as they're all at different levels b/c the roofing layers have sagged at different levels. Any magic-bullet suggestions....short of a "torch" from Cleveland...? Thanx much.....Charlie.

Cut out the water damaged, broken, sagging or bowed wood and replace with new.
