New roof - up to standards?

A few days ago a roofing company has installed a new low-slope roof on my house.
Some things have caught my attention, and I would like to ask your opinion if roof looks ok from standards point of view.

About wrinkles roofer says that they will go away with time.

The material that was used for installation: CertainTeed Flintlastic

1. Water trickled from under the bituminous membrane while I was walking on the roof

2. Wrinkles all over the roof.
Some wrinkles are close to 2 cm high.

3. Some wrinkles are long and go through several sheets of bituminous membrane - it looks the problem is on a lower level, not with the adhesion of bituminous membrane.

4. Bad or no adhesion on the edges of bituminous membrane in multiple places.

5. No adhesion between bituminous membrane and dripping edge.

I would start by looking up CertainTeeds' website and finding out anything relating to the installation instructions for that product. Such as the amount of overlap at seams and edge terminations.
