Remounting rain gutter - level or sloped?
Took the rain gutters off the house to replace some facia board and paint the gutters. When reinstalling the gutters do I just mount them as level as I can, or do you mount them with a slight slope towards the drain point?

Slope is good but in most cases you don't have enough fascia height to slope the gutter much if any. If your doing a longer stretch even a slight slope can leave a pie shaped sliver of the fascia visible which screams that something is not level or parallel.

SOP is to install the gutter as high as possible on the end that is away from the downspout... and then put just a little slope on it... like Dane said, too much looks bad. (If there is an outlet on each end, the ends need to be under the drip edge while the center is high as possible). Water seeks it's own level so it doesn't need much slope to drain. And you don't put so much slope on it that it runs completely dry.
