Can you tint/color white roof coating?

I have to patch a leaking area on a medium tan area on asphalt roofing. I plan to use the white roof coating(Duck Coat). I have seen other similar brands that offer tinted colors but they are not local. Does anyone know what sort of coloring/tinting is used so I can do it myself to closer match existing roof color? Is it just the regular latex paint tinting or could it be oil based tinting?

Any information appreciated.

The white roof coatings I'm familiar with are elastomeric latex. It should be tintable like most latex paints but because it's a white base it would be limited to light/pastel colors. I've had elastomeric masonry paint tinted, just not the roof coating. I'd suggest going to a real paint store and asking them.

Thanks. I figured a regular paint store would be best shot at coloring but I also wondered about regular latex coloring since one of the ingredients was petroleum.
Thanks for the help.
