need to drill 6" hole

I need to drill a 6" hole in the roof for my range vent. I need to duct it out to the roof since it's the easiest place. I do not have a 6" hole saw- Since I only need this of the one hole..... will the ones on Amazon do? they all say they are designed for the "cornhole" game.... I just need to make this one hole and don't feel like spending 50 bucks on it. will this do the trick?

Yes it should work but since your roof is at an angle, you will need a slightly oval hole, not a perfect circle. Also your shingles would likely dull the teeth, so you would want to drill primarily from the attic side of the roof. A round hole would likely need to be made a little more oblong on the top and bottom... the steeper the roof the more oval it will be. You could use the hole saw then cut a little more out with a sawzall or jigsaw to make it oval.

I would probably forget the hole saw and just cut the entire thing out with a sawzall.
