Can we use Vodka to do the maintenance of Wine cellar
I want to use Vodka to do the maintenance of Wine cellar, but I am not sure it is suitable or now, please advise if you know it, thank you!

Vodka can be a reasonable cleaner in some circumstances but you need to provide a lot more information to get a good answer to your question.

What do you mean by maintenance? General cleaning? Use a commercial bleach product. Specific cleaning and/or sanitizing apparatus to make the wine? You might want to join a forum that is specific to wine making.
