Small crack on a pitch pocket
I'm totally new to commercial torch down roof. My parents have a small roof leaks at their business. The roof is about 7 years old. I think the leak is coming from a small crack on the pitch pocket (see picture). What should I use to patch it? Thanks!

Thank you! I found Black Jack Cement Roof Sealant at Lowes and patched it on Sunday. We had a huge downpour yesterday and there was no leak. My parents own the building. I should look into some kind of roof maintenance program.

Pitch pockets develop cracks when the lines going thru them move or shift. A little tar to reseal it is usually all that's needed. Sometimes in a pinch I'll use silicone if it's all I have. That roof with the rocks on it doesn't look like any easy upkeep.
