Scaffold for roof

Hi all. Can anyone tell me how to take this scaffold down please? Its 6.8 aluminium tower. To erect it you assemble it and lift it up. Then put the external braces in. Now when it comes to take it down me and the missus was doing it bit it feels really unsafe to tip it and lower it down. I mean it's not that heavy I could probably lift it it's just 6.8 meters which feels unsafe. Anyway here is a picture how to assemble it but how to take it down please as even starting to take everything off at the top feels even worse ?

Pictures here..........

Welcome to the forums!

Your link didn't work but generally taking a scaffold down is just the reverse of how you erected it.

Welcome to the forums.

I was not able to import your picture here due to the size so I just repaired the link.

Based on what I see..... the only way to take that apart is to tip it down first which is opposite of how they show assembling it.
