Plexiglass roof to gutters

Hi everyone,

I have a pergola with plexiglass roofing. The plexiglass goes up to my gutters. I have an issue that when it rains hard the water will travel under the plexiglass, bypassing the gutters.

Has anyone had this happen? If so what did you do to fix this? I was thinking of adding some sort of adhesive rubber tapering or some other form of extension type material to overlap the plexiglass even more. But not sure what to buy.

Thoughts?

You would need to add an additional board under the edge of the roof panels. Put gutter apron flashing on top of that board to direct water into the gutter. Then get the correct foam bottom closure to fit your panels. It goes under the roof panels, and sits on top of that board and on top of the gutter apron.

This might be it. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Suntuf-2...2770/100067957

Thanks! Are you referring to this for the flashing or a different kind?
