Replace one gutter or all before new roof
I need to have one gutter replaced that separated from the rotted fascia and fell from the second story of a colonial during this last snow storm. I was planning to have a new roof done ( tear-off) and all new gutters done first thing this spring. Should I have all the gutters done now to save some $ or just replaced the damaged one now, since is there too much risk of damage to the new gutters during the roof install.

I don't know what the point would be of replacing any part of the gutters now. I would wait until after the roof is done, and do them all.

Yes, I do realize that the fascia and soffit needs to be fixed before hanging the gutter. The concern the attic is exposed the elements and entry of squirrels, which I have had in the past.
