Opening for downspout that goes underground

As somewhat seen in the 1st pic below, I have a 3" wide downspout that goes into a black tube. The black tube comes up maybe an inch above the ground, but then there's another inch or so before the downspout, plus the tube is wide open. I put the pavers there to block (for now) the mulch from going down the tube. Then again it's been like this for years before we moved in and for some reason I never thought to do anything with it. Hopefully it's not too clogged, and I do see water come out the far end of the yard where the pipe exists (so at least it's not totally blocked). I will check it tomorrow as we're expecting over an inch of rain to see if it's getting backed up.

In any case, what do you recommend I do to get this properly sealed up? Maybe something like this: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Advanced...65AA/100201025 ???

Just for reference (I found this online), the 2nd pic below shows the type/size of tube (give or take) that I have (though I don't have a pen? sticking out of mine!).

Thank you.

Cut a hole in a plastic end cap to fit the downspout . Examples at the following web site.

What kind of pipe is in the ground, if corrugated black 4" pipe, most common, you would use one of these!

Thanks for the link and yes, the black adapter above I think is what I would need/would be easiest. I'll give it a try!
