Moss Inhibitors for Flat Roof
Hello,
I have an issue with moss growing on the flat roof of my old garage. The garage is underneath my neighbor’s giant white oak tree. Im likely to have the rolled asphalt replaced soon, so I was thinking it was a good time to be thinking about moss inhibitors. Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you in advance.

If having the roof replaced I wouldn't bother since it's going to be ripped off. Keeping your new room moss free will take some occasional work. No moss inhibitor is going to work well if debris is allowed to collect on the roof. Then, there are several products you can spray on the roof. I've also had some luck with roofs that have some slope with copper wire strung across the roof every 3' or so. The copper slowly erodes away and kills the moss. The wires can be visible and unattractive so I'd only do it if it's not visible from the ground.
