Can't see the top of the door or the roof or gutters so it's kind of hard to say.

It looks like there is no flashing at the bottom right of the door. I assume there is no flashing on the other side as well.

In addition to wanting to see the top of the door and gutters above I would also pop out or remove the bottom siding on both sides of the door to see if/how it's flashed and/or taped to the door frame.

Looks like there is an electrical cable coming out of the wall by the hose reel. Is that sealed properly? How about where the cable runs toward the door? Leak could be here and running under the threshold to the other side.

Get a Malco sideswiper unlock tool and unzip siding over the top of the door. You will probably find no housewrap or no dripcap or both and water is getting into the rough opening of the door, then fanning out under the bottom plate once it hits the floor. Could also be happening around the gable vent. Or just a lot of water running down your door j channels and fanning out. Brickmold not wrapped and flashed behind the j channel / brickmold not caulked to j channel.
