Question Repairing screw holes in roof

I recently had a new satellite dish installed on my roof. The installer put it in a different position from my old dish, so I now have four small screw holes in my roof, right near the edge of the roof. There is no sign of leakage yet, and the holes may just be in the framing, but I'm sure it's not safe to leave it that way.

Neither my husband nor I are very handy; and I can't seem to get anyone to come out -- not even a handyman or a guy who says he repairs roofs -- to patch this.

What can we do to repair these holes so they don't leak?

hackwriter,
The holes can be filled or patched over with some black roofing tar or even some silicone based waterproofer. You don't want water seeping through your shingles? and damaging your sheeting or ceiling joists.
