Best type of underlay for a radiant heat floor

I have heard of both rubber, and chipped foam used. I just want to hear anyones opinions, problems, or experiences with different kinds of underlays for a radiant heat system.

We don't have in floor heating here in Central Texas. It doesn't get cold enough.

From other installation sites, this question has come up before.

I believe rebond cushion let the most heat through, while solid rubber insulated the floor bettewr keeping most of the heat under the rubber.
