Quick question: I have placed plastic on my concrete floor and have noticed small amounts of moisture. Is this something to be alarmed with? Buying a moisture barrier pad with anti-microbial be sufficient? Thanks for the help.

Carpet and cushion then to "breathe" and a small ammount of moisture is not generally a problem. Was the plastic placed as a mat test? Vapor barrier pad will cause the same effect by not letting the moisture vapor pass through.

Don't be surprised if the carpet delaminates in the traffic areas from the high moisture, degrading the backing as traffic walks over it.
