Spot dyeing carpet is an art.
The first rule in carpet dyeing is: Since carpet dyes are translucent any discoloration must be repaired by replacing the missing primary color.
With biege carpet turned pink the missing primary would be light blue
Adding biege hair dye to a pink discoloration would result in a shade of red.
In addition unless the bleach is neutralized it will have a negative affect the hair dye. That takes sodium sulfite.
I would recomend getting a professional to do it.
There is a trick you might try at your own risk.
Take a light blue crayon, a white towel, and iron set on the wool setting.
Color a little of the spot, lay the towel on it, apply the iron for a few seconds.
Check your results, adjust as nessasary
I am certified in carpet color repair and still sometimes things don't work out.
Like I said, It's an art.
