Question

I have 95 Milliken carpet square to carpet my living room and hallway, not all of the tiles are the same height and there is no way to peel off the backing. How do you install this carpet and make it look like one piece of carpet? There is supposed to be a sticky back on them but I can not get the backing off. Am I that stupid or is there a hidden secret? Please help me I'm going nuts. Diane

nannu I'm pretty sure you don't peel anything off on those. Not if its the Legato type. Look at the boxes, you need to make sure they are all from the same "lot #" or production run.

If you look at the instructions, once they are installed, walked on, and vacuumed a few times, the seams will start to go away visibly.

Hi Nannu -- I'm thinking of getting these carpet tiles. What kind of subfloor did you put them on? How do you like yours? Do the seams disappear? Would you recommend?
