Using Carpet Tiles on Concrete

We have an above level concrete floor that I would like to A) put some sort of insulation on (there is nothing currently) B) Use carpet tiles to cover part of the floor and at the entryway use ceramic tiles. We already have the ceramic tiles but would still need to purchase the carpet tiles.

Can anyone suggest a process for this. What type of insulation/subflooring would help insulate the floor plus allow us to use Carpet tiles?

Thank you.

The carpet tile backing is already pretty dense that you do not need any additional insulation. The carpet tiles can be directly adhered to the concrete with a pressure sensitive glue per manufacturer recommendations. Any additional layer between the carpet tile and the concrete will probably void any warranty.
