Unless there is some local to that area that happens to know of a place, you may not get a valid response.
Have you tried the local yellow pages and searched under cleaning supplies?
I believe large hardware stores (like Home Depot) that offer rental equipment may also carry carpet cleaners. I believe our local store does, but that may be a location specific item as HD Canada carries different items then HD USA.

Almost any rental machine will be a Rug Doctor or similar. Pricing is pretty much the same everywhere. Even same grocery stores may have them. I don't know if real rental places have carpet cleaners similar to Pro models or not.

If you had a done just a little bit of searching on your own (like the Rug Doctor site?), you'd see there are about 50 locations around the 92394 zip code. Appears Stater Bros as well as HD, Albertsons, Lowes, and a bunch of other places have them. You're welcome....

Any place that rents out the Shampooer, also sells the shampoos and other things that go with it.

Just my 2¢ but I would suggest hiring a pro instead - rental and homeowner quality machines lack sufficient power to extract the cleaning chemicals. Our leases specifically prohibit our tenants from cleaning their own carpet, they must hire someone.
FWIW, I spot clean my own carpets but I hire full carpet cleaning.
