removing glued foam backed carpet from basement concrete floor
#1
I have indoor outdoor foam backed carpet glued to my basement floor that I want to remove. How is the best way to do this?

After using the liquid removers always wash off the residue!
Also cut the carpet into manageable pieces prior to applying. Make sure you have plenty of ventilation!!!
A razor scraper works well getting the glue residue(goo) that is left on the concrete off.
If there is a lack of ventilation, I would cut the carpet into 6" to 1' strips, and then hand scrape with a razor scraper.
