Hiding a plumbing cleanout in a basement office
We are finishing the basement and there is a plumbing cleanout pipe sticking up out of the ground in the office room that we plan to carpet. We cannot hide it inside a closet because that would make it a bedroom, requiring an escape window, and we do not want to go that route. Unfortunately, it cannot be cut off flush with the cement because it is angled right up to the cement floor. The pipe is about 20" from one wall and 55" from the other. Any ideas on how to hide this or incorporate it with something?
Not sure if the best idea is to carpet around and try to cover it or tile that back corner of the room and carpet the rest, then try to hide the cleanout in some kind of furniture.
Thanks in advance for any feedback!

Only reason that wouldnt work is if someone didn't bury it deep enough and that is the hub of a fitting.

My first thought is built-in cabinets/desk. Standard 24" cabinets with a space for a chair to slide in and a countertop. Could become very usable space with the cleanout still accessible.
