For what it is worth, there was no plan at all to paint the treads. Also, closing off underneath the stairs makes the room even more cramped we did a test of it and right...

The dumpster isn't a bad idea...one problem though (which is part of the labor issue) is that the back yard, is actually down six stairs, and down hill from the driveway, some of the stuff is too big...
