Crying uncle removing fence post

Dug down two feet, removed all the concrete and I just can't get this thing out. Pry bar moves it about 2 inches using all my strwny. Any ideas welcome.

Liquid Aerator - too good to be true

Watched a few videos on youtube of liquid aerators being used. Just spray and water.

After 24 hours compact was loose about 6 inches. After a month it was loose 3-6 ft.
