Microwave Duct and Vent

Hi Guys, new microwave. Builder just cut hole in cupboard and put a big tin box over microwave damper. That is fine I guess but nothing was preventing air leakage from around the cut out. See arrows....

Plugging big hole in side of house?

Team, where my cable comes in from street, big hole, letting in bugs and moisture. I can still my arm in this hole. Was thinking foam, but it would take a lot to fill out this cavity.
