Chain Saw Blade Brake

The handle brake on my Poulan P3816 locked in the forward (braked) position and won't move forward or backward. It has NOT locked the blade and the saw can still be used, I just can't stop the blade...

Not sure what a bonded ground bar is. You're not talking about the bar that connects the neutral bar to the ground bar that is removed for sub panels, are you? I thought the jumper did the "bonding"?...

So after a bunch of figuring and refiguring and checking the refiguring, the adding the inch to the rafters is by far the most cost effective and time saving method. Thanks for the advice.

Just wondering if anyone knows of a low cost alternative to rafter vents. The cheapest I've seen so far is $1.95 for a four foot section which is still cost prohibitive at this point.
